We’re launching a new website

We’re excited to let you know that on Tuesday 29 April we will be launching a new website.

This new site is designed with you in mind. It will be quicker and easier to find the information you need, stay informed, and complete tasks online.

What’s new?

• A clean and accessible design that works well on phones, tablets, and computers
• A space for local news, services, contact details, and team information
• Easier navigation and clearer information. Helping you find what you need faster.
• Better accessibility for patients. This includes text size and colour contrast control.

Why it matters
We’re always looking for ways to improve how patients access services. This website update is about making life easier for you – whether you’re looking for opening hours, booking options, or getting to know your practice team.

We’ve worked closely with NHS England and our North East and North Cumbria ICB to make sure the new site meets the latest accessibility standards.

The new website goes live on 29 April. We’ll share reminders on our website’s announcement banner and our Facebook page.
